Tokayev: Interstate program must be adopted to preserve Caspian Sea's water resources

ASTANA. Dec 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan)- President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has called on the Caspian littoral states to adopt an interstate program and begin implementing joint measures to preserve the Caspian Sea's water resources.
