ASTANA. Sept 16 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan enacted amendments to its criminal code Tuesday, introducing harsh penalties for forced marriage and explicitly criminalizing the activity of "money mules" in a bid to combat financial fraud, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced.
