Kazakh banks will be able to provide Shariah-compliant services through "Islamic windows"
ASTANA. Sept 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Universal banks in Kazakhstan are planned to be allowed to provide Islamic banking services within their existing license through the "Islamic windows" format, said Madina Abylkassymova, Chairperson of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM).
