Kazakhstan's Ministry of Internal Affairs proposes to ban electric scooters from sidewalks

ASTANA. Sept 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Amendments to legislation that prohibit electric scooters from operating on sidewalks have been developed in Kazakhstan, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Igor Lepikha said.
