Kazakhstan to introduce a two-tier system of banking licenses

ASTANA. Sept 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to introduce a two-tier system of banking licenses - basic and universal, according to the Chairman of the Agency for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market (ARDFM), Madina Abylkassymova.
