New Globaltrans investor acquires 24.99% of Russian container terminal from ex-Sollers head

MOSCOW. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Kazakh businessman Kairat Itemgenov, who bought out the shares of the main owners of rail operator Globaltrans (MOEX: GLTR) in early 2024, has acquired 24.99% of the Far Eastern maritime container terminal Pacific Logistic (PL) from former Sollers (MOEX: SVAV) owner Vadim Shvetsov.
