Heavy rains cause bridge collapse in Ust-Kamenogorsk

ASTANA. Sept 3 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - A section of the Schneider automotive bridge over the Ulba River in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the administrative center of the East Kazakhstan region, collapsed on Monday, the city administration said in a press release.
