Kazakhstan launches first national agricultural census in nearly two decades

ASTANA. Aug. 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan initiated its first comprehensive agricultural census since 2007 on Friday, with the Bureau of National Statistics announcing a three-month data collection effort to map the country's transformed farming sector.
