Kazakh President reaffirms commitment to Helsinki principles in OSCE meeting

ASTANA. June 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev emphasized the enduring relevance of the Helsinki Final Act as the foundation of European security during talks with OSCE Chair-in-Office Elina Valtonen on Tuesday.
