ASTANA. April 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has signed a decree allocating 1.1 billion tenge from the government’s reserve for repairs of a heating plant in the city of Kokshetau, the administrative center of the Akmola region in north Kazakhstan, the government’s press service announced.
