ALMATY. Oct 31 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan has reached agreements on opening flights to a number of countries, as well as providing the "open skies" regime to five countries, according to a press release from the Civil Aviation Committee (CAC) of the Ministry of Transport of Kazakhstan.
