Russia and Mongolia forge plans for joint mineral exploration

ASTANA. Aug 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russia and Mongolia are compiling a list of mineral resource sites for joint geological exploration along their border, following agreements reached at a meeting of their intergovernmental commission for trade and economic cooperation, according to Russia’s Natural Resources Ministry. Alexander Kozlov, the head of the ministry and the Russian co-chair of the commission, provided the update.
