BISHKEK. Feb 12 (Interfax) - Two former high-ranking Kyrgyz officials who appealed to President Sadyr Japarov to hold early parliamentary elections have been detained on suspicion of organizing mass unrest, the Kyrgyz Interior Ministry said on Wednesday.
