Human rights, rule of law to become fundamental for Kazakhstan's new Constitution
ASTANA. Jan 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Human rights, the rule of law, national unity, and citizen welfare will become the fundamental benchmarks of Kazakhstan's new Constitution, State Counsellor Yerlan Karin has announced.
