Proposed constitutional amendments would reboot Kazakhstan’s state system — president
ASTANA. Jan 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev agrees with the members of the Constitutional Commission that the scale of the proposed amendments to the country's Basic Law is tantamount to the possible adoption of a new Constitution.
