Tokayev warns tech lag by law enforcement could threaten national security

ASTANA. Jan 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Kazakhstan’s law enforcement agencies must rapidly adopt digital technologies and artificial intelligence, warning that falling behind criminals in technological capabilities could pose risks to national security.
