Constitutional amendments to affect 84% of Kazakhstan's Constitution text - commission

ASTANA. Jan 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The constitutional reform in Kazakhstan involves amendments to 77 articles of the Basic Law, which constitutes 84% of its text, Deputy Chairman of the Constitutional Court Bakhyt Nurmukhanov said.
