Kazakh president could dissolve parliament under new reform proposal

ASTANA. Jan 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A proposed constitutional amendment in Kazakhstan would grant the president the right to dissolve the future unicameral parliament, the Kurultai, if it repeatedly rejects key government nominations.
