Kazakh president congratulates Vietnam Communist Party leader on reelection

ASTANA. Jan 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has congratulated To Lam on his reelection as General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, the Kazakh leader's press service said on Saturday.
