Kazakhstan's planned single-chamber parliament to retain three-reading process for bills

ASTANA. Jan 26 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s proposed new single-chamber parliament, the Kurultai, will review legislation through a three-reading process, a senior official said on Saturday, outlining key mechanics of the planned parliamentary reform.
