Kazakhstan's National Bank allows for rise in base rate if inflation accelerates

ASTANA. Jan 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's National Bank does not rule out a possible increase in the base rate if price growth accelerates, National Bank Chairman Timur Suleimenov said.
