Kazakhstan suspends penalties for tax errors in 2026 during transition period in view of new Tax Code adoption

ASTANA. Jan 23 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – The year 2026 will be a transition period for small- and micro-sized businesses that will not face fines or penalties for errors during tax reporting, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov said.
