Kazakhstan's PM sets April construction start for three thermal power plants

ASTANA. Jan 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan’s Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov has ordered construction on three thermal power plants to begin in April, directing the Samruk-Kazyna state fund to finalize contracts by the end of January.
