Moldova preparing to withdraw from CIS - FM
CHISINAU. Jan 20 (Interfax) - Moldova has launched a procedure to withdraw from the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Moldovan Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mihai Popsoi said.
