Kazakhstan unveils sweeping constitutional overhaul: single-chamber parliament, vice-president

ALMATY. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev outlined a historic transformation of Kazakhstan's political system on Tuesday, proposing a single-chamber parliament, a new vice-president role, and a public referendum to approve sweeping changes.
