Kazakh president orders review of state air cargo project, open to private takeover
ASTANA. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday criticized the government’s decision to create a state-run cargo airline under the national railway company, suggesting the project should be transferred to private hands if it cannot be implemented.
