Kazakh president to form commission on major constitutional reform, paving way to referendum

ASTANA. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev will sign a decree on Wednesday establishing a constitutional commission to draft extensive amendments, with a national referendum to follow.
