Tokayev: New vice president role won't weaken presidency

ASTANA. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Tuesday that creating a new vice-president role in Kazakhstan would not weaken presidential authority but would instead stabilize governance.
