Kazakh president proposes vice-president role, plans to scrap state advisor post

ALMATY. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday proposed establishing the office of vice-president and announced plans to abolish the state advisor position as part of parliamentary reforms.
