Kazakh president proposes new advisory 'People's Council'

ALMATY. Jan 20 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on Tuesday proposed creating a new top advisory body, the "Khalyk Kenesi" or People's Council, to replace two existing national assemblies.
