Kazakhstan to begin subsidized diesel deliveries to farmers in Feb

ASTANA. Jan 13 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan will begin delivering subsidized diesel fuel to farmers in February as part of preparations for the spring season, the Agriculture Ministry said on Monday.
