ALMATY. Jan 6 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan’s Border Service reported Tuesday that it prevented more than 17,500 cases of illegal cross-border cargo movement in 2025, intercepting over 1.5 tonnes of narcotics and nearly 850 shipments of weapons and ammunition.
