Kazakhstan president signs new crime prevention law

ASTANA. Dec 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed a new law aimed at overhauling Kazakhstan's crime prevention system, his press service reported on Tuesday.
