Lukoil shareholders approve interim dividends of 397 rubles per share

MOSCOW. Dec 30 (Interfax) - Shareholders of Lukoil (MOEX: LKOH) approved a decision to pay dividends for 9M 2025 for 397 rubles per ordinary share at an extraordinary absentee meeting on December 29, the company said.
