ASTANA. Dec 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The Senate, the upper house of Kazakhstan’s parliament, has adopted a Law on the Ratification of the Agreement Between the Government of Kazakhstan and UNESCO on Extending the Status of the Central Asian Regional Glaciological Center in Kazakhstan as a Category 2 Center under the Auspices of UNESCO.
