Baikonur Cosmodrome's Site 31 to be ready for launch in late winter - Roscosmos deputy head

MOSCOW. Dec 17 (Interfax) - Site 31 at the Baikonur Cosmodrome will be ready for spacecraft launches at the end of the winter after repairs of its service cabin are completed, Roscosmos Deputy Director General for Rocket Projects Dmitry Baranov said.
