ASTANA. Dec 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan has agreed to reorient international oil flows from the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) pipeline system towards the directions of Samara and the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan (BTC) pipeline, as well as to China, the press service of the national company KazTransOil JSC reported.
