Turkey calls for concrete steps on Caspian gas pipeline project


BAKU. Dec 10 (Interfax) - Transporting hydrocarbon resources from the eastern to the western coast of the Caspian Sea should become a priority for Turkic states, Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar said.
