Kazakhmys announces shareholder change, new owner undisclosed

ALMATY. Dec 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Kazakh copper mining company Kazakhmys has announced the signing of a framework agreement for the transfer of shares to a new owner, without disclosing the owner's identity.
