Number of tourists visiting Almaty region grew by 36% YoY to 2.2 mln

ASTANA. Dec 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Akim of Almaty region, Marat Sultangaziyev, reported to the President of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, on the progress in developing the tourism cluster around the Kapshagay reservoir and national natural parks, the press service of the head of state reported.
