Ukraine says it 'takes note' of Kazakhstan's concern over pipeline attack

ASTANA. Dec 1 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Ukraine said it "takes note" of Kazakhstan's concerns regarding attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium, a statement issued in response to a formal protest from Astana over damage to the key oil terminal in Novorossiysk.
