People of Kazakhstan to vote for essentially new constitution at upcoming referendum - Tokayev

ASTANA. Nov 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The people of Kazakhstan will be voting for an essentially new constitution at the upcoming referendum on the establishment of a unicameral parliament, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
