Tokayev orders clearer delineation of rural mayors’ powers

ASTANA. Nov 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed that the powers of rural mayors be clarified and formalized at the legislative level within one month.
