Kazakhstan targets 2029 to begin construction of first nuclear power plant

ASTANA. Nov 21 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan plans to pour the foundation for its first nuclear power plant in 2029, Almasadam Satkaliyev, the head of the national atomic energy agency, said Friday.
