Russia proposes expanded agricultural cooperation within SCO

ASTANA. Nov 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russia has called for member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) to deepen agricultural collaboration, specifically in seed breeding and innovative farming techniques. The proposal was made by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during an expanded meeting of the SCO Council of Heads of Government on Tuesday.
