Azerbaijan becomes full-fledged participant in consultations of Central Asian heads of state - Mirziyoyev

BAKU. Nov 17 (Interfax) - Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has announced Azerbaijan's accession to the format of consultations between Central Asian heads of state as a full-fledged participant.
