Substantial progress made in developing Russian-Tajik relations - Federation Council speaker at meeting with Tajik president


DUSHANBE. Nov 14 (Interfax) - Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matviyenko has met with Tajik President Emomali Rahmon, conveyed greetings from Russian President Vladimir Putin, and noted progress in the development of Moscow-Dushanbe relations.
