MOSCOW. Nov 12 (Interfax) - OPEC+ countries participating in the agreement to limit oil production boosted output by 31,000 barrels per day month-on-month in October, though they were 450,000 bpd short of the plan set by production quotas and compensation for previously uncut volumes of 37.578 million bpd.
