Kazakhstan, Russia to sign declaration elevating relations to comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance

ASTANA. Nov 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – During his state visit to Russia, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev plans to sign a declaration raising relations between the two states to the level of a comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance.
