OPEC+ production may transition to moderate decline in Q1 due to Kazakhstan's high compensation levels

MOSCOW. Nov 5 (Interfax) - OPEC+ countries' oil production may moderately decrease relative to the approved plan for December in Q1 2026 amid Kazakhstan's obligations to compensate for a high level of overproduction in previous periods, according to Interfax's calculations based on OPEC data.
